This has been our experience throughout the entire process of buying our house. It took us a while to find the place, but Bob stayed engaged the entire time and even with a nightmare combo of an unmotivated seller and incompetent seller agent, he was able to get me into the perfect place for me at the best deal possible. If I ever decide to move while he's still in business I WILL use him again.
